Vtg Navajo Indian Silver Bracelet Hand Stamped Buffalo Crossed Arrows Sz 8

  

This vintage Navajo sterling silver bracelet has been handstamped with buffaloes and crossed arrow symbols (which represent friendship). The bracelet is 1/4 wide and has been nicely rounded at the front. The bracelet size is 6 3/8" around the inside with an additional 1 5/8" opening at the back.

The bracelet weighs 28.9 grams. This bracelet has a nice silver patina from age and is in great vintage condition.

The buffalo stamp looks to be almost identical to the buffalo hallmark used by Navajo silversmith Sampson Gray - but I don't know if this is his work.
