Vtg Navajo Indian Silver Belt Buckle Heartline Bear Turquoise Coral B. Slim

  

This vintage belt buckle shows a heartline bear outlined with turquoise and coral chip inlay. The buckle measures 2" x 1.5" and weighs 16.7 grams. The loop at the back will fit a belt up to 1 wide. The buckle is signed with a capital B hallmark and stamped sterling. This buckle is in great condition with only light signs of vintage wear.

Several Navajo silversmiths use a B hallmark. This hallmark looks to be Billy Slim's. He uses a capital B hallmark of this size.
